The project reference No.: 2018-1-DE02-KA202-005117
The project period: 01/12/2018 – 31/08/2021
Academia+ brings together two perspectives:
• to support and consolidate the exchange and transnational training of counsellors in Europe and
• to focus on the development of training programmes to address current key challenges in labour market and counselling.
Academia+ facilitates transitions between training and the world of work, as well as between different jobs and between different countries.
Academia+ will focus on exchanging experiences in counselling and guidance methods which are related to special socio-economic and political terms in each country.
Academia+ will provide Intellectual outputs: 3 one-weeks Counsellors´ Study and Training Exchange Programmes (IO1 , IO2, IO3 C-STEP).
IO1 aims at developing the didactical framework, the training (including training structure, training content, methods) and training resources for the counsellors study and training exchange programme (C-STEP) on the topic ‘Counselling migrants and refugees’ for a duration of one week.
IO2 aims at developing the didactical framework, the training (including training structure, training content, methods) and training resources for the study and training exchange programme 2 (C-STEP 2) on the topic ‘Future jobs’.
